Nomination Form

The selection committee welcome nominations of athletes, coaches and community contributors for the Haddon Township High School Athletic Hall of Fame. 

To be eligible, an athlete must be a graduate of at least 5 years. A coach must have been a Haddon Township coach for at least 10 years, and must have been out of coaching for at least 5 years. Community contributors must have shown continuous involvement with regard to the advancement of Haddon Township Athletics. ​
