Use of Facilities
The Haddon Township School District believes school facilities are valuable resources for the community. They can be used for educational activities, recreation, civic events, and cultural gatherings – as long as it follows the law. We see these facilities as tools to support lifelong learning, cooperation between government and community, and citizen involvement.
How to Reserve a Space:
The Buildings & Grounds Department handles all requests to use the facilities, both from within the district and from outside groups. They'll process your request, schedule it if available. Any fees should be Board Office will collect any necessary fees.
To Make a Reservation:
- You'll need an Operations Hero account.
- To create one, contact Butch Bruner, Buildings and Grounds Supervisor, at bbruner@htsd.us.
- Important Note: Outside groups must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance before your event.
