1. What is the Scope of repair work, and would we be expected to do the Preventative maintenance on site or at our location?    All repairs; yes, the preventative maintenance.  

2.  May we have the VIN numbers for each vehicle to ensure accuracy in parts pricing?     Yes, I will provide them.  

3. On the proposal under “preventative maintenance cost,” are we to quote just Labor or combine the parts cost in this section?    Labor & parts

4. In the same section, the cost for each PM, are we to enter a total of each specific vehicle or did you want the average cost of one PM?   Each individual vehicle's cost summed

                e.g. 5,0000- Mile interval as specified $120 (average cost per) or (each individual vehicle’s cost summed
